Each item is quoted with price in selected currency including VAT.
At checkout you can see the total price, VAT and shipping.

In case of Swish payment, your bank statement applies as a payment confirmation and receipt is sent with the shipment.
Return Policy is valid for 30 days:
The return period begins to run on the day you received the item. You have no right of return if you used the product. When you took advantage of your right of return: You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it.
You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of return. The product must be returned complete with packaging.
Return shipping and any insurance / shipping receipt / traceability as reasonable and agreed with Julia's Pearls.
Please check the shipment at the time of delivery. After the shipment has been received, the responsibility is the responsibility of the customer.
Guarantees and service:
If the product is damaged when you receive the item, document it immediately with, for example, photo, date and time. It is incumbent on the buyer to show that the damage existed when it was delivered and the buyer must inform immediately. If another error is detected on the product and that is not caused by negligence, Julia's Pearls Consumer's rules and recommendations follow. Julia's Pearls will primarily repair or replace the product with a corresponding product, in return, the purchase will be returned.
Julia's Pearls only carries responsibility for the product, any other damages or costs are not reimbursed by Julia's Pearls.
Our ambition is for all our customers to be happy with Julia's Pearls and our highest rating is repeat customers.
Returns Returns must be sent by mutual agreement with us, as directed by us, well protected and sealed.
Refund Obligation: We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the returned item. You will pay the return costs when you return the item. We always pay the return charge to send back so-called replacement goods.

Take care of your pearls!
Pearls are a natural product and must be protected from the effects of chemicals (perfume), skin care products, moisture (take off before shower and bath!), unnatural drought (do not store, for example, pearls on a bed of cotton).
Clean by wiping with a damp cloth without detergent.
Store beads in a jewelry box, not in direct sunlight and at normal temperature.
